Third- year Head Coach Kori Stephenson knows some big challenges lie ahead. However, with a nice mix of incoming freshman to go along with her returning sophomores, the Lady T'Birds are poised for big things in 2008-09.

Originally from Forsyth, Montana, she is a 1998 graduate of South Dakota School of Mines & Technology with a degree in interdisciplinary sciences. As a member of the SDSM&T women’s basketball team, she earned first team NAIA All-American honors, played in three national tournaments and became the college’s all-time leading scorer.

Stpehenson led last year's squad to a 11-19 overall record, 10-12 in the ACCAC.
