Volunteer to give career advice to MCC students. The time commitment is minimal, and you get to offer a student an insider's perspective of your profession.

Signing Up is as Easy as 1, 2, 3

1: Complete the Online Profile

It takes less than 5 minutes. Students use this information to find the career or educational backgrounds they're interested in.

2: Wait for Students to Contact You

Some career advisors may not be contacted in the academic year - others may be contacted frequently. You may temporarily disable your profile if needed.

3: Answer Questions

Once a student contacts you, your career and education pathway interview can take place on the phone, via email, or in person.

Keeping track of the amount of time our advisors contribute to our students' success is important to us. Please update your profile after a contact by visiting the Volunteer Information Center and click the Time Sheet tab. Your username is your email address and there's a tool to have your password emailed to you if you've forgotten it. You can also update your profile and view your cumulative volunteer service history at the site.
