• Master of Education in College Student Personnel Administration from Colorado State University
• Bachelor of Arts in English from Hefei Polytechnic University, PR. China

Professional Experience

Dr. Shouan Pan has served as Provost of Broward Community College-South Campus since 2003. Prior to that time, he served as:

• Executive Dean of Instruction and Student Services-Florida Community College at Jacksonville-Kent Campus, Jacksonville, Florida
• Dean of Student Life-Community College of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
• Recruitment and Retention Administrator/Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona
• Director of Residence Life, Central Arizona College, Coolidge, Arizona
• Assistant Professor/Assistant Director of International Education Hefei Polytechnic University, Hefei, Anhui, P.R. China
